Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay pleasant. However, the rooms were a bit cramped, especially with kids, and the dining options for breakfast weren't great. Overall, it felt clean and comfortable, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly. However, the dining options were a bit lacking and could use some improvement. Overall, it delivered good value for the price, despite some minor inconveniences.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The pool and hot tub were great and well-maintained, which my family enjoyed a lot. However, the rooms had a strange musty smell and were quite noisy due to the location by Parkway. The service was friendly and helpful, especially when it came time to extend our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag for the price.
The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment while still being quiet. My room was spacious and clean, but I noticed a bit of a smell that I think was from moth balls. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being busy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with limited options. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a good location and friendly service, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, with clean and well-supplied rooms that met all my needs. The staff provided excellent service, even managing to reduce my room charges, which was a nice surprise. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the dining options were somewhat limited due to staffing issues, and the breakfast hours were quite restricted. The pool area was nice but could use some improvements as well.
I stayed at the Econo Lodge, which has a great location on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, making it convenient to get to both the island and Dollywood. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room had several maintenance issues that really took away from the experience. Breakfast was lacking, leading us to eat elsewhere after the first morning. Overall, while it was affordable, it definitely needs some improvements.
